At PALM Coolers, we want our customers to be at peace of mind when purchasing from us. That is why our hard-sided coolers are warranted against manufacturer’s defects and workmanship for up to 10 years from the original date of purchase. All other PALM products are also warranted against manufacturer’s defects and workmanship for 3 years from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to only the original owner and is void if the product is used commercially structurally altered, or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use. Normal wear and tear is not warrantied.

Warranty Disclaimer

This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the cooler. Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. PALM assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts. Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, and/or replacement fees.

PALM Coolers reserves the right to change our products and the design of the products without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into any sold product as well as products repaired or replaced under this warranty.

Damaged products must be returned directly to PALM Coolers, in the original box it was received, freight prepaid.

How to File a Warranty Claim

PALM will replace your product or part free of charge if your product or part has a manufacturing defect that is covered by our warranty.

Submit a warranty claim by contacting PALM Coolers at (312) 663-7377, or by completing our Warranty Request Form below. Our customer support team will gather more information, if necessary, and validate your request.

Once your claim has been authorised, you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA#). Please package your product and send it to the following address:

PALM Coolers will inspect the product and repair or replace, at our option, any product determined by PALM to be a manufacturer’s defect.
